Gaon Kim is a Vice President at Pacific General, where she is a member of the Seoul private equity team and is responsible for value creation initiatives.
As part of this role, she has been dispatched as Chief Executive Officer of Milre Systek, a portfolio company of Pacific General.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Manager at Alvarez & Marsal, where she focused on turnaround and performance improvement projects for private equity portfolio companies. She began her career as a Senior Consultant at EY-Parthenon and as an Associate in the Strategy Planning Office at Hankook Tire.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hanyang University, graduating magna cum laude.
