Yongsu Jeon

Yongsu Jeon is a manager on the Real Estate team at Pacific General, where he is responsible for hotel development and residential redevelopment projects, including the firm’s high-end luxury villa brand, Le Garden.
His role spans the full development lifecycle, from early-stage planning and design coordination through permitting and regulatory approvals, while supporting cross-border projects involving both Korea- and U.S.-based stakeholders.
Prior to joining Pacific General, Yongsu worked at Hyundai Heavy Industries in the Ship Sales Division and Cost Management Division, where he gained experience in commercial operations and cost analysis. Earlier in his career, he was part of the on- and offline marketing team at NextgenMNC, a global IT marketing agency serving multinational clients such as Microsoft and Intel.
Yongsu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Korea University in Seoul.
